This may be a pre-defined fee, but is traditionally a donation which depends on a combination of individual preferences, such as music and type/length of ceremony, and size of event.

Church ceremony assistants such as altar boys, and organist.

Ceremony host may include gratuity in bill, or pay upon completion of ceremony.

This may be included in bill. If it is not, you may ask what an appropriate gratuity amount would be.

Limousine Driver.

Reception host or best man. Payed at end of service which is usually at reception drop off.

This is typically 15% and may already be included in bill.

Band/DJ, Photographer, Videographer & Florist.

Reception host may include gratuity in bill, or pay upon completion of service.

Usually tipped based on quality of service.

Maitre d',Waiters/Waitresses, table captains.

Reception host may include gratuity in bill, or pay upon completion of service.

20% for Maitre d'. 15% for waiters and waitresses. 2% for table captains.

Coat check, powder room, and bridal suite attendants.

Reception host may include gratuity in bill, or pay upon completion of service.

Depends on number of guests. You may want to arrange this prior to the wedding with the reception hall manager.
